Research
The research in our lab focuses on psychological individual differences -particularly personality characteristics and vocational interests- in the professional context. Specific research topics include career development and management, person-environment fit, leadership, interest assessment, interest development, personality assessment, personality development, personality change, and dark side personality. We publish on these topics in academic journals in the areas of Vocational Behavior, Organizational Behavior, HRM and Personality Psychology.
